1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Your return request must be made within 18 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used cosmetic products, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
Opened or used products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items returned after the 14-day window
Personalized or customized products
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation
4. How to Request a Refund

Your full name and order number
The reason for your return
Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions if applicable.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email of the status
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
